Fit into the Admin role as soon as possible.
Make it feel to the rest of the team that you have been working with them for a very long time.
A seamless transition to the role enhances smooth running of business.
Have confidence in yourself to be able to do tasks, especially if you sense that the person giving you the task perceives that you will fail.
Prove them wrong.
Time management - complete work in a timely fashion or quicker than expected.
Deliver more than is expected.
If you're not sure about a task or need information, do not hesitate to ask - once you get the answer, remember it so that you don't have to ask again.
Be comfortable working on your own initiative - you can surprise yourself how good you are.
Be a team player also, the vision of a business will always require team work.
Learn from mistakes, they can strengthen your character and improve your overall knowledge of what to do in the future.
