Business Sense is a way of understanding how the business is done successfully while leadership is a way to lead the business in the right direction keeping the values of the organisation in mind and motivating the work force for driving the organisational goals.

Business sense involves having some donations demagogue, while leadership includes many qualities, many of which are subtle nature. Too often, people are good for business but do not have the ability to inspire enthusiasm and are therefore unable to build an organization around their talent for business.

BUSINESS SENSE IS THE BASIC STAGE OF STARTING A BUSINESS. BUT REALY TAKE IT GREATER HEIGHT THE IMPORTANT STAGE IS LEADERSHIP. IT LEADS THE COMPANY TO SUCCESS DUE TO HIS PLANNINGS AND THAN DIRECTING THEM ON WORKERS AS PER HIS WAYS. IN EVERY COMPANY THERE SHOULD 1ST BE A MOTIVATION ASPECT LIKE { CREATING BONUS, OVERTIME, GOOD FRIENDLY RELATION WITH THE MANAGMENT } AND SO ON..
