When to calculate the indemnity. Are we calculating the monthly commission within?

indemnity should calculated on total salary eaned including all benefit on average salary for the last 12 month

Indemnity should be calculated till the last day of his/her notice period if it is resignation which includes other fixed benefits ,If any ?

to get total salary for indemnity we inculde the average commissions was paid for last 12 months.

average commission + monthly salary = salary for indemnity.
