STUDY AND JOB ARE DIFFERENT LEVELS OF LIFE.SO YOU ARE FINISHED YOUR GRADUATION MAY BE DO'NT KNOW MORE ABOUT THAT SUBJECT.YOU KNOW ONLY ABOUT BASICS OF THAT SUBJECT.IF YOU ATTEND AN INTERVIEW ,MAY BE DO'NT KNOW HOW TO BEVAVE,HOW TO PERFORM,HOW TO IMPRESS.NOW JOB VACANCIES LESS BUT GRADUATES ARE MORE.SO THAT HOW TO PERFORM,KNOWLEDGE,BEHAVIOUR  ARE DEPENDS ON YOUR CARRIER.SO TRY TO LEARN MAXIMUM

I can two aspects of the question: first is adaptability to IT market request, computer engineering university did not prepare the people for market, the fresh engineer has the knowledge but is hard to apply in real world; second: is the logical way of thinking, IT form o person in a very logical way of thinking, everything is logical "yes or no" but in real world and real life not always like that, make hard to adapt for them.

There can be many reasons behind it. I see the following as the most common reasons: Competition: The strength of your profile is lower than other candidates. Set yourself a goal and build up your skills in one direction! Channel: You are not channelizing your applications to the right sources / people. Or perhaps there are some administrative issues due to which your application got lost midway. Apply again! Presentation: You are not selling yourself well enough. Build up a good resume. Create your own web presence (e.g. on Quora, LinkedIn). Showcase your project work on your personal website. Wear a suit. A tie. And do your homework before you enter the interview room! Demand: Some jobs are in trend (e.g. Data Science, Software engineering). Others are nearly extinct (e.g. Hardware support) and losing popularity. If you are working in a niche field you have to start applying early enough to find something suitable!
