Labor Union protect labor rights , if this element is missing then who will care labor , specialy with refernce to Gulf Countries?

thanks for your invitation  to answer this question, first of all the answer depend on two parts:

1- If we suppose the labor rights are the same in different places, such as time of work , living, food expenditure, ect.. so the need of Union sometimes play the big  role of protect , saving at least the minimum limit to help those labor staying in human situation,  but iam afreid i donot agree mor with you, not only the labor union protect the rights, the main responsability depend on the   government , yes, missing of any lapor rights will effect on the income and making unstability.

2-unfortunately i am not travel to the Gulf countries, so i can't make any comment.
