The training programs are a benefit to the employee at first not his company! It will return back with benefits to the company for sure, but it is for sure a great way to reward hardworking persons

Welll under ideal circumstances this statement might be true but practically speaking many organizations here in KSA are doing this more as an obligation sue to government regulation.  With the exception of few multinational companies , Training is simply considered BUSINESSS AS USUAL !
