Owner,Management and employees get returns from organization profit , which one get most of its share ?

Only the Owner (included in management) will get most of its share which includes his maximum expenses paid from its same business. as far as management teams gets dividends, employees get salary or share from profit after distribution the Management remuneration and dividends. etc

Under normal circumstances, the business owner does get most the share, infact sometimes it goes as far as exploitation of the other stakeholders in the business. However there might arise some situations where management gets the biggest share especially in small businesses- some management staff may exploit loop holes to steal or swindle from the business.
