Do you feel more productive when you're happy at work? Why?

Happiness and productivity go hand in hand. But that does not mean that I am happy where I am . I look forward to accept challenges happily ,I look forward to begin every day with a happy note and love to spread happiness and positivity when any deadlines are given.

Challenges at work and finding solutions with it is what makes me feel productive, more confident, satisfied and HAPPY.

Famous Saying 'Happiness is the key to success' says it all. that is if we are happy with our working eviornment and supportive colleagues it results in success and that helps us to think and act productive which results in being productive.

1. Of course, One of the major Advantage of Happy at work is that the brain works much better when a person is feeling positive. The brain works faster means more production. I loved my work in the previous company so I came up with so many successful strategies and plans which made my company grow and so I make my recognization.

Yes, I can handle the job professionally once I am happy at work.

Being happy is an important key factor to be more productive, however being not is also a challenge to achieve more to be proud and satisfy.
