We can change the scale by using:

1. The properties pallate

2. Use the zoom command first and then use option XP to specify the scale relative to paper space unit

3. Directly from the viewport scale on the status bar.

 

so I guess the answer to your question is D. None..

  • Scaling or stretching the layout viewport border does not change the scale of the view within the viewport.
  • When creating a new drawing based on a template, the scales in the template are used in the new drawing. The scales in the user profile are not imported.

click the vieport, make sure the display is not locked then change the scale factor in properties pallete.
