lo primero entrenar a los operarios ( colaboradores ) de maquinas , en lo que es mantenimiento Autónomo, ya que ellos son el primer filtro para aplicar despues el correctivo si lo necesita, claro todo esto debe estar complementado en  el programa TPM y utilizando mucho 5S' o pueden usar WCM (Manufactura de Clase Mundial ).
