one way I am using, is to have a log sheet to be feed through forms. Excel help me to check on business rules. Excel helps me to check on the validity of these data.
I establish a database for my business rules and programmed Excel to check on all of it. And tell me if there is any rule breaking. and suggest the right action also.
result: mistakes reduces considerably
