Never!
One must always in search of something new. This will always make you to understand your worth in the market. This will always remind you to keep control of your self-realisation and or self-boosting.
Theoretically, I will stop to look for a new job if I feel happy and at ease, if I good job with a very interesting salary, a good relationship with colleagues, a good social climate, better working conditions , motivation, financial stability, a good relationship work / life ... etc,
But in reality, I will look for a new job, for the following reasons:
I would think it would be the comfort level of each person. If a person is not driven by higher salary expectations or extreme career ambitions, one could stop at a job in which one finds personal satisfaction with regard to job satisfaction, work environment, proximity including ease of travel, etc. It really depends on the age one is at. A younger person will be more career/salary driven whereas a mature person who has 'been there done that' will be more choosy.
When you are no longer career oriented and self motivated.
I wont.
once every few years i do so to know my value in the market.
However, to give you an official answer: the job that would keep me in, is what really gets in my interest and i am so much enjoying it, i will never look for alternative.
When I enjoy with this work, I grow with my company, and I find my stability and my ambitions.
If I enjoy the job I am doing, then I wouldn't search another job.
that's why you need to look for a job that you love to work in and when you love your job and what are you working in this time you will stop complaining, When you see a lot of people looking for a job and they cannot find while you already in a job! when you see there is families outside there trying to feed their children while we are in a office alive and still working , when we thanks Allah for what we are having now is better than tons of people who wish to have your place, in this time you will stop looking for a job while you already you have one because i believe the problem not from the job that you are having the problem is from yourself!
When my personal fullfillment is achieved. Since this goal is a multidimensional one, I guess when I succeed in balancing my personal content with the financial needs me and my future family will have.
I will stop searching for another job if I have the job that I truly love, my capabilities / abilities put to good use, have the opportunity to evolve and become better, be able to accomplish as much and still have time to develop myself, have rest and explore the world what it can offer and I am paid well for doing the job.
