Most important in Sales is Communication Skill and how much you know your product,your customer and your competitor.
First do Client's RND, known you client then punch him right points at a right time that's the key to convince or agreed him for any deal. More on your image in front of the customer, which you built matters a lot; 90% of the deals will be closed if your prospect knowns you and have some trust on you. Sales always happen if there is a mature business relationship. Never expect business at first meeting!!!
