No any buisness needs concentration and dedication both job and business will never come hand to hand. Either you concentrate on your job or do business.

When I am on a job, I am there 100 % and even more. If I am going to do private business, I will make sure that I will do it on my free time - when I am not on my job. Honesty and ethics are important for me.

Simply no because, supposedly I already have a job that needs my concentration and dedication. Business + another job would be run for money and that is not quite healthy. It is better to spend some time with family or do some, hobby, fun or relaxation to fill up the batteries.

Best to do side work on the side, maybe you want to retain a skill that your regular job doesn't allow you to practice.  In that case it's best done during time away from work.  As long as it doesn't interfere with your job I think it could be fine.

Well, it's tempting to just say no of course because it's illegal or unethical but it really comes down to the type of business and the contract agreement. Some business is task oriented and not restricted to the typical amount of working hours per day. But if you're charging your boss per hour or your business model depends on attendance and require 6~9 hours a day, then no of course.

But it is possible to reconcile them may become very difficult in the cases of mass work, but if working with papers and equipment will be attractive and can be reconciled easily

From a skill's point of view, you can assign someone as the second hand in command. That way, you can deliver your job goals, and visit your business while on your free days to check its progress.

I'll do private business if I have while I'm in a job but I'll give priority to the company that I work for.

private work is much important than a cigarette or nescaffe time or any break time with colleages and I'm sure no one of you all dont have a dead time in his work so in contrary do private work will give you more leadership, faith, ...

and the owner if he know that you can do all your tasks and you can do private business he will appreciate.

It's difficult to answer this question with complete honesty. Because it's an unethical and may be illagal thing to do, Many persons will say that they don't do private business while in a job. But in fact, if they got the chance to do private business and make some extra cash most of them will be happy to do it.
