call the customer, and ask the product, is good or bad, before they call, to the company and say , product is bad.

2) make a special note of your customer's " Special Day", so, that they feel happy

3) Give some special offer, to the customer, so that they come again and again,.

4) while they are purchasing some product, some one must be their to guide them.

5) Give the feedback form , to them , to improve the business better.

You have to able to create a customer obsessed culture. Bad news: culture cannot fixed its, its just the outcome of your management tools and practices. You have to check your tool box and practices. Good news: you can change behavior by creating clearity around what is right and wrong, overcommunicating clarity and reinforcing clarity. So define clearly what you thinnk is right than promote and reward those behavior.

There several things you can do in order to make your company a customer-focused one. Of course it depends on what your products are and what problems you are solving for your customers. Find out what distinguishes your business and who your customers are. What their needs are. You can always hire a good manager for your customer service department, if you have one. Make sure your communication with clients is excellent and their needs are met. Ask for feedback. Teach your employees on daily basis what a customer focus is. Listen to your clients...

Its not something optional, Unless you are customer focused you will leave the market. Company's strategists need to answer the basic startup question; How we will add value to customers? and what is this value?

Hi Lana

With regards to your question, in my opinion the most important thing is to understand your customers' needs and try to work to achieve that. This is the start .. the rest is a result.

Hello Lana,

To answer your question, simply the company's strategy, vision and core values should be built on serving customers and over exceeding their expectations. Employees should embrace the managment's vision and they should have the nature ability to help and serve customers.
