Communication and clearing out the purpose of the change is the biggest push to change the team member's mind.
Listening to him/her with interests in the perception shows your seriousness and respect. Therefore, the member is forced to treat you the same way, and maybe convinced to take your aguments.
Whenever there is a Change in the organization or Department is planned then Proper Communication Methods should be implied thru which each and every team member should get awareness of why there is a changes are required and what benefits it will be bring to the organization. Normally, team member resistance to changes because he feels insecurity related to his job, or his position or any kind of losses that can be come across due to changes. Its Team Leader responsibility to convince the team member and make him fully aware of the strategies and benefits of the Org. changes. Nevertheless, involve team members in decision making, ask for suggestions, share the plans and policies on time so that everyone gets aware. In this way inflexible team member can be easily get convinced and he will be ready for such changes.

As a team leader I have to learn him-her how to accept the orders, that is need to understand his-her personality first, since there is no one refuse everything forever!
So I need to meet him-her alone as a lonely chance to disable the node then ask him- her what is the wrong with you? may be there is a problem or something I couldn't understand before, then when we stand on one ground we will start again from the beginning.

Instead of getting annoyed by others inflexibility, learn how to relate to them. Once you really understand other person, you can adapt your approach to what works for them.
I would show the way to go by demonstrating the new and easy way of doing things, as well as explain in simple terms.

First of all, you must be able to acknowledge the problem so that it can be dealt with promptly.
The team member may not be aware of their behaviour so it is important that you draw attention to these behaviours and explain the impact on the team, without attacking the person.
Finally, it is your responsibility to determine a solution to the problem with the team member and ask them to take in to consideration the effect their resistance may have upon the team should they decide to continue with these behaviours.
You should be able to come to an agreement if the problem has been rectified and if not, then it is your responsibility to escalate the issue to higher management.
for this situation, leader has to be negotiator. He/she should convince or be convinced on the basis of facts and figure avoiding the conflicts.
In my experience, i do encountered lazy and unproffesional staff and u just have to show them how happy you are working. show them and inspire them that what you are doing is not only mandatory or to receive salary. inspire them that being flexible will enhance your skills and add your knowledge.
in this case we can use the coaching method and have one on one session where the employee himself can suggest us ways for him to settle in the company or to move farward and have some action plan with target date to achive his commentment. at the end we can only listen , coach and guide after all this the empolyee dicision
