according to most literature data, they effective if indicated and taken within first 6 hours after trauma

In the literature You can find easily a lot of warks pro and against corticosteroids in spine trauma.Generaly, the authors discusse about the corticosteroids in the fiurst 6 hours after truma.But I want a litle bit to chnage the question - are bad the corsticosteroids in spine trauma ? and the answer will be clare - a big  NO.
