CALM DOWN do not lost or be in high temper if one of your team workers having an issue like being as critical as it was,,it is normal to argue with other opinion but being a good leader an wanted to be followed with remain calm,put it in your mind that you have the same goal to succed not by personal issue but for the TEAM....LONG AND HIGH PATIENT IS NEEDED.

try to handle situation and do not over react if your co team workers give what they want just listen carefully and be discuss nicely,,facial expressions must be in normal so that they will not be able to think negative thoughts,,,,,,be positive always

That depends on the opinion and its personal and/or professional impact(s).

Positive opinions should be seriously considered to improve strenghts, eliminates weaknesses, take opprotunities, or manage threats.

I ignore negative opinions and try to see if there is any value in them to improve the relationships.

A couple of deep, quiet breaths will help settle you. dont pressurize your self. Keep your reputation and retain the respect of every one. In other words he is trying actually to ensure you by doing such things is that you do the best work always.
