In my own opinion women should be paid more as compare to men. But somehow its all depend on what designation women and men are working. If men and women are working on the same designation, then nature of the job will be considered as the key role about salary. But on general for the betterment of the bussiness and for the client satisfaction women should be given more opportunities and paid not more just more as compare to men employees.

I think this is one of the oldest and hottest debate ever exists in job market, but if you ask the same question with more clarity, then this question have no importance at all.
How about a question like this: “Should women get paid same as men, for having the same qualifications, same experience, same amount of responsibilities, and fulfilling the same amount of work and hours?”
If someone says no, then he is real stupid, and you better not waste your time arguing with him.
And additionally, how can we (men) ever beat them in “being cute” department! NEVER!
