1. Picking up the phone within three rings. Nobody likes to wait seriously.

2. Ask the minimum possible questions to gather enquiry data. Do not ask thousand questions. Kindly ask basic details like Name and while speaking on the phone search your database and sniff out the details by yourself.

3. Be patient while listening and provide them the concerned solutions. No stories please.
