The grate manager who is focus on achieving the company goals and targets with managing his team as a leader not as a manager, control his resources and budget, inspire his team and motivate them and put them in front of the big picture, participate effectively with his colleagues of managers, proactive thinker, to measure and monitor the company's performance level all the time to lead the staff development whenever required and to provide his advise to the management through his effective participation as a business partner not as a employee.
