`Job relations consider the justice not the genus. If the boss was a woman who has the justice it would be a comfortable job environment.
It is not about having a male or female boss, it's about the leadership style they posses, the way they treat their employees, irrespective of ethnicity, gender, color etc

I firmly believe in Gender equality at a workplace that’s equal opportunity employer.
There are various studies done based on various parameters that goes into macro level details if an individual has female boss.
Advantages from a Female Boss:
· Clarity on Business Plan along with Budgets reaching to even macro level details.
· Unbiased view of reasoning thereof.
· Compared to Men, they possess absolute clarify when Business Plans for particularly long term.
· More than average work culture.
· Many more
Disadvantages:
· Mismanage emotional balance in more than average cases.
· Compromised work times because of personal issues / domestic responsibilities.
· In few cases female boss seen lending preferential treatment to a particular subordinate or group.
· Many more
There are many articles published by various organizations about Males feel threatened by a female boss, or female boss offers less in terms of increment over male boss etc. but most of these are subjected to various other unforeseen impacts that the org. might face.
i will be upset in both cases if my boss work as a man or as a woman cause in this position you should work as a leader not as per your GENDER you should use your leadership, your skills, your experience, you have to share ideas, teach others, ...
