Sports and excercise: Physical activity is very important for the whole person's welbeing, not only for the body. "mente sana in corpore sano" it means: a healthy mind is in a healthy body. levels of energy remains high, clarity is higher, and a more positive attitude is elicited. Physical activity help release tension, develop persistance and mental strength, promotes competitivity and provokes the body to secrete endorphines which are a great help to combat depression and lack of energy. A teenager can enhance his performance considerably by working out on a regular basis and will be in a better place to cope with other activities like study or work.
Reading: The mind and the brain get used to a determined level of activity, reading helps keep this level high. Reading promotes self-discipline and learning.
As per my concern sport and exercise because there are many advantages in his future for him such as he can became one of best players .Also it is good for mind
Well, teenagers can engaged in a small business while they are also enjoying... like doing crafts and stuffs that they can sell to their friends and classmates, in this way as early as now we can teach them how to be an enterpreneur and at the same time enjoying what they do.

They must choose the hobbies that will help them to find themselves: like reading the bookes , playing game questions ( they ask and the others answer) they well like that , and enjoying with their best friend ( class mate, parents , brother or sister...) by playing the brain game (puzzles ....) or on the computer , or practising sport ( swimming , horse riding , ....
Nourish their brains by reading, and nourish their bodies by sports.
Teanagers can active in sports and reading some books and the main activity is that talk each other and spend some time with friends and their own family.
