IFC - Issued For Construction Drawing. - This can include isometrics, layout and P&IDs. They are usually issued after "Issued For FEED Drawings" & "Issued For Review Drawings" both of which are used for tendering, while IFC forms the basis of physical site construction.
Isometric drawings- They are 2 dimensional representation of 3 dimensional entities.
IFC - is means the ISSUED FOR CONSTRUCTION - the final drawings which are incorparated comments with shop drawings.

In my opinion,IFC: "Issued for Construction" drawings are released for construction. They are duly approved by the qualified consultant or engineer(s).
IFC consist of design drawings with high level details and overall assembly with construction notes. Does not show part by part details in IFC unless otherwise it is really necessary.
Isometric drawings are an helicopter view on how a draw is, trying to show how it will be made, but it's just a kind to show IFC drawings for a better space understand.
