Well it depends what kind of entrepreneur it is. Some entrepreneuship needs industry experience, market knowledge, economic environment and those knowledge cannot be learned from a particular institution, those are learned over time by exploring and researching. Even through coaching and training helps to acquire certain skills but there would still be gap in knowledge.
Dear Ms Nadeem,
Greetings from Karachi Pakistan!
Million thanks for invention.
I am of the opinion that if anybody have0.% natural talent for certain skills a proper training and coaching will certainly help Entrepreneurs excel faster.
But if you are God gifted with any skill than all is useless.
Hence role of training and coaching cannot be overlooked.
Everybody needs skills with proper trainings and coachings it will certainly help Entrepreneurs excel faster no matter at what stage they are in cycle of success.
Regards
Hi Sidrah, thanks for A2A.
Training and coaching implies skill advancement. What entrepreneurs need along with it is excellent mentoring/guidance to scale or grow faster.
Sometimes, people are equipped to achieve their general objectives, but lack the vision, which is why mentors/advisors play a huge role in laying out the big picture for their idea.
To excel many factors matters in market, but for sure helpful in some extent. thanks.
Yes of course.
Excellence is a result of proper training and continuous coaching.
