Thanks Mrs. Hafsa for invitation ,

through our life between companies and positions we learned so many lessons , experience and other things . and one who did not learn any thing see as unexperienced person As for me , one of the most lessons i have learned  is to build the right team and work with it to achieve your goal , One person can do nothing inside organization unless he - she has team work spirit and ability to work with them toward specific goal

I’m the kind of person who tries to learn and grow from every mistake. One thing I have learned from past mistakes is when to ask for help. I have learned that it is far better to ask for clarification and solve an issue right away than to be unsure.

When I think back to my first management role, I can say with certainty (and a tinge of regret) that I underestimated just how challenging it was going to be. I talk in my book about how disheartening it was for me, after 5 years managing people, to finally realize that in fact I was a terrible manager,  and the people working for me were really not enjoying themselves. The truth of the matter is, every one of us sets out with the intention of being a great manager but so few of us get it right the first time.

Actually, I am not a manager of any organization. But in my opnion.... There are many reason of making mistake. Due to lack of learning, less experience and some time because of a new challenge they will experiment a new ideas some time they don't meet the target point. After making mistake they will learn a lot of lesson. After they try to make new ideas to re-solve the problem and avoid the same old mistake by focusing on lesson learn. 1 Find out the problem. 2 collect problem solving method. 3 select the method 4 applied the method. And after suffering problems manager are think about that also. 1. What went right? 2. What went wrong? 3. What could have been better?
