Dear Gems

At first we need to ensure employee's participation from phase of defining goal(OD), then conduct focus group discussions to understand what are the resistant factors for mentality change. Based on resistant factors analyse the need of training, conduct training/workshops based on need, facilitate constructive feedback, consider valuable/rational feedback. This process should happen frequently and most importantly we must adhere to defined change, show in our actions that we have already incorporated said changes. Most of the people changes their behavior/mentality by seeing at other people not by only preaching.

Thanks & Regards

Somanath
