What if your company is complying with food law and regulation, but still has customer complaints about product? what should you do?

Sometime in food companies, there is good compliance record both internally and outside report but you also find that the company is relieving complaints about the product safety/quality. What should be done to detect the problem immediately?

I will try to improve my product and fix the flaws that the customers are complaining from under the Food Law and Regulation.

  • Some companies are complying the laws and regulation as a requirement but the truth is that companies are not implementing the laws,regulation, & procedures.
  • Make an Internal Audit of whose department handling the product as soon you conduct, you can see where the problems are.
  • Provide a proper training for the workers, ort refresher course to those have the trainings already.
  • Ensure your company are ISO certified.
  • Invite an Auditor Surveilance of your company.

Ask the customer to send his quality auditorto check internally that you respect the law standars.
