If you are not able to handle a higher workstation , you are suggested to take it; do you accept this position or you refuse it?

if it is in my field and in my career bath... If management and team supporting me to accept it... I will go for it.

From my experience. good talented persons always want to be 100% ready before accepting new challenge... you will never be 100% and you will lose your life chances...
