Acording your given reference my suggesion is
SQL Server, CSS , JavaScript, ASP.Net , HTML5.
But actually it depens on project nature, size, complexity, maintance plan, user experience etc.
for C# Developers the best combination is ...Highly professional And Good Paying
WPF
SQL SERVER
ASP.NET MVC
WCF
well there are manu areas where you can fine tune your experties, e.g. if you are a web developer you can get your hand dirty with diffrent design frameworks, which could help you build multi platform user interface e.g bootstrap http://getbootstrap.com/ or Foundation http://foundation.zurb.com/
in core developeent you can try diffrent framworks for application development. or some new database like mongo, couch etc.
ASP.NET,ADO.NET,SQL SERVER,HTML+CSS,C#
What is it you need to do? your choice of sw and tech depends on your applicarion. If you are developing a web interface ( website ), you could you ASP.NET or Java. Is it large scale users or small? That also narrows down which tools to use. This is very generat question.
ASP.Net MVC4
Template engine: razor or Nhibernate i will recomend the second one
Entity Framework5
HTML5
knockout.js JQuery JSON
WCP and WCF
c# for windows form,
sql server as database,
asp.net for web,
crystal reports for reports
