A civilization has its own practices, beliefs, and basically its own norms. Falling outside the lines of the norm would mean someone were an uncivilized person; someone who acts or behaves differently as opposed to behaving in the manner that everyone else does. In our times, uncivilized would mean being rude, obnoxious, ignorant, etc because since children we are raised to follow the rules of our surroundings as well as behaving appropriately like other people around us. Parents teach us the basics like how to eat properly, what to wear, what’s right to say and what’s not; if you didn’t follow then they would scold us and show us right. So in my opinion, to call someone uncivilized would be in easier terms like calling someone “inhumanly”; or someone who doesn’t behave like a person should. When someone is called “uncivilized” that means that the person has no education, no manners at all, and no respect. Someone that is uncivilized is a person that does not follow the norms of the society whether it is clothes, rules, laws, religion etc.Good management equals good business, but being a good manager requires patience, flexibility and openness. It's a skill that can take some time to master, but it's worth the challenge.
There are seven activities to manage and organize the uncivilized and ignorant people as described bellow:
1. Be honest and trustworthy. Honesty breeds respect, and mutual respect is a crucial component in a balanced, happy team with the uncivilized and ignorant people.
2. Be consistent. Consistency with the uncivilized and ignorant leading people causes general people to feel settled and relaxed, and makes decision making properly for others who may fear castigation.
3. Communicate effectively. The uncivilized and ignorant people are not mind-readers. Ensure that you tell those involved in a comprehensible, confident manner, and be willing to answer questions and listen to concerns. This ensures that everybody clearly understands the matter at hand.
4. Be prepared to be the bad guy. At the end of the day, you're the leader, and part of that involves making decisions that are sometimes unpleasant. Trying to be everybody's best friend will only lead to problems when you have to do this.
5. Keep a good sense of humor about you. Becoming overly stressed or angry will make you unapproachable, and taking yourself too seriously will make you an object of ridicule by your employees.
6. Honoring the tradition and culture: It is wise to honoring and loving the tradition and culture of the targeted uncivilized and ignorant people. Thus they will make easy and accept the stranger.
7. Welfare activities: Assessing the present need of uncivilized and ignorant people, it is wise to do some welfare activities and thus they feel happy and they will obey to you.
