Verbal communications internally as we are a creative agency, and of course emails make a big effort in making things clearer and documented.

For communicating outsiders "clients, suppliers, etc.", It's the mobile and email communications.

As per official communication is always good either thru letters or email for records. Telephone conversations cannot considered as official but letters and emails. hence i perefer email or letter would be more better way for commucations
