i shall prefere the telephone which saves the time otherwise, which is more fisible according to type of work.
I used to prefer e.mail because its instant and speedy way of coresponding. Tomorrow its a global world and time is short for every job so its best way of communication. Using an electronic mail work is done fast.
At some point from my experience, I prefer a telephone call deals as it is more formal and eliminates sending wrong messages. It comes with more detail and professional to have a direct conversation rather than sending emails, sending letters and fax which indeed have less complications.
I basically prefer phone as it is easy way of communication and it is easily accessible and we can have immediate connversation than other ways of contacting. Emails are basically for sending various reports to the concerned person.
