In your opinion what is more important for a successful career:(Education,Experience,or practical practice in work)?

Education will give you a basic knowledge but Experience and Practice will make you perfect in that particular works, hence Experience and Practice is more important with a good education background.

I think building career by enjoying hard work is the best way to own a successful life 

All of thses are more important and interrelated to each other, A man who is performing as secretary woulb perfect when these qaulity assembled, the lack of one qaulity may be impact on his splendid future.

Education is very important to both your personal and professional life, in a number of significant ways!

But;for my side aspect,l prefer Education,Experience cause it composed your major verbal of 'Education/Experience' simultaneously.
