What are the main criteria of the provision of quality maintenance contract and what are the means to achieve it?

Quality maintenance contracts provide detailed analysis reports for the quality control, the material used, the structure implemented, the system in place...etc.
for a particular project or item.
It is meant to provide quality assurance and confidence for each of the above mentioned activity.
In order to achieve a high standard quality maintenance contract it should be based on detailed analysis and specs for each activity to be produced and implemented.
