Good question, mate! Basically the game is all about the keywords mentioned in your Bayt Profile, the more strong and targeted words the more success.
Apparently for your profile and CV to stand out of the crowd or say to be viewed before others CV you need to subscribe to some special program introduced by bayt.com called "Application Highlight" check this link out you will understand the concept behind it.

Fist you have to complete your CV .
2nd app;y for suitable jobs .
3rd try to contact people , that will rice your rank .
and hope to get a meeting

I am a newbie here, I am trying to go through the qs and as here, as it will help me know more about the job market and experienes by other bayters (no pun intended). I am also  hoping to earn some credits and see where that takes me. Also try to review your c.v. regularly and try to highlight areas that you may have missed out
