4. Effective Communication - Being able to communicate effectively is very important as this is the way you can build rapport with your customer. The ability to understand your customer and interact with them in a positive manner will make them recognize you as someone they can trust.
5.Integrity - We should always remember that we represent our company. That being said, we need to keep in mind to act professionally at all times. We should always think about what our customers welfare without having to compromise the company's integrity.
