In FMEA supervisory controls, information must be accessible to all but responsible persons are assigned to own and update the master document. There should also be a designated team during updates.

In FMEA supervisory controls, information must be accessible to all but responsible persons are assigned to own and update the master document. There should also be a designated team during updates.

 

Access falls in three  broad tiers

  1. General Users: with read-only access
  2. FMEA (document) Owners: able to update
  3. Team Members: Contributors who participate in updates.

It is important that all updates are documented and log participants.
