Always, as their advice could open your eyes to a view which you could not see

GREAT QUESTION,

I do not only accept my staff advice, but I rather encourage my staff to provide me with their advice, I listen carefully to it, I discuss it, I put it through for other staff opinions,  and if I find it workable I apply it and appreciate it.

I am a team player, builder, leader, and success seeker. I believe that giving your staff the ownership of what the organization does boasts performance to limitless.

I am not talking theories. I have indeed practiced what I stated and have got confirming results.

When - often

Why - because I am sane

Occasionally of course, when the entire staff advise X, they are wrong and it is necessary to do Not X.  But more of the time they are right.  Even when the point is debatable, it's usually more effective and efficient to accept their advice.   (If they are wrong most of the time, then either you have the wrong staff, or the right staff arranged in the wrong jobs, or you are in the wrong job.)
