Perfect customer service is the first thing you have to think about with any customer you get. You have to be so wise and have an analytical way of thinking in how can you serve this player and not cost the company too much money. In this scenario, you are in a casino, I don't know if you rooms for your guests to rest when needed. Let us assume that you do! Basically you will offer him a free night so you can keep this good customer, buying your goods and services and don't go somewhere else. You may lose one night, but definitely gain his business life time.
