about our online offer as she has noticed on two occasions when a customer questioned your team about our online offer they were unable to explain what was available or recommend their favourite games, What would you do to ensure your team are more knowledgeable about our online offer?
Before having any online offer, I need to make sure that Marketing department shared all related information about the online offer then I will make sure that the team was well trained and the team is ready to answer any question. To make sure that they are ready, I will be making online quizzes and will do some mystery shopping calls.
Also I will be updating the offer details to our knowledge base and Intranet tools.
as start I need to get all the information about the online offers and arrange asap an orientation training to all my team and add some extra points in the evaluation for getting sales from online offers
You can close the knowledge gap through training, development & constant updating of information to the team members to ensure that they are well versed about their roles & wok so that they can be position to offer the best service & be confident enough to handle customers & their queries amicably.

Review the staff role requirements against their core skills capabilities and design a training and skills matrix. Once this has been done, align it to the business requirements to identify the gaps.
By presenting in this light, you can justify training expenses in budget forecast. Always remember that you have in house as a training option...
My advice is first you as a manager to get familiar with the online offer and make sure it is clear to you. If you have any questions about it - clarify them with your managers. Then you can gather your team and explain the offer and answer their questions.
