if we need to extend the answer then the contractor in this part of negotiation is simply looking for U and A he needs clarification and assurance of some crucial points on the contract , he needs understanding and acceptance of the other party and solid terms on execution time , the cost , using rentals or outsiders to help him , a room for the market changes and the fulfillment of all matters associated with the contract i think option A of clarifying and developing a mutual agreement on the structure and requirements of the contract.will be his choice
