Option-A...........................................

Act of two or more parties discussing points of a potential partnership arrangement. The goal is for an agreement to be made that is beneficial to all involved parties. Discussions may go back and forth between parties until all points have been agreed upon. The end goal is an arrangement that is both fair and equitable to each party.

if we need to extend the answer then  the contractor in this part of negotiation is simply looking for U and A he needs clarification and assurance of some crucial points on the contract , he needs understanding and acceptance of the other party and solid terms on execution time , the cost , using rentals or outsiders to help him , a room for the market changes and the fulfillment of all matters associated with the contract i think option A of clarifying and developing a mutual agreement on the structure and requirements of the contract.will be his choice

Thanks for the invite.

Option A - Clarifying & developing mutual agreement on the structure & requirements of the contract is more appropriate.
