They just want results and they dont have much cash to experiment.

How to handle Employee relations?

From the moment of screening - the prospective candidate is an asset that needs to be brought into confidence and once onboard after the screening and interview process the employee must be introduced into the company in a friendly manner so that he/she is welcomed.  Then the whole employee relations will start from induction to his new role.  Deputing a senior to guide him with the take over of the new position, the employee will build strong ties and will get the positive vibes to put in his best.. and may be go an extra mail for the Company.
