I would like to add my answer and some clarifications as : Kindly let us confirm firstly that the Strategic Marketing plan is normally set up for three years and more to make some progress in the company position in the market relative to other competitors to know the objectives which we want to achieve and how we intend to perform our strategy and what the resources required and what the results expected as Budget got for first year, second year, third year --etc. According to that the steps of the strategic marketing planning have to be focused in the following:

3- SWOF Analysis
4- Assumptions
5- Marketing Objectives and Strategies
6- Estimates Results and a Actions
7- Identify Alternative Plans and Mixes
8- Review the Budget for each stage to be modified
9- Change Company orientations as per the Market Trends to Implement the target Budget
10- Approach the customers all times to know their new requirements to consider that in an alternative plan
