It depends on how quicker I need the results. For immediate results defenitely a skilled person is required, since we can't spend time on R&D. But if I am looking to build a base and long term results an enthusiastic person is required, it won't take long time to develop skills.

I definitely choose an enthusiastic low-skilled sales person because i believe that all achiever individual starts in low level. Change is inevitable so lets give someone a chance to improve theirself. Experience thought us to be a better person.

I would littarally go with an enthusiastic person with low skill. Becuase, if one have an enthusiastic mind you can make him like a good asset for the future
