Read books, learn on U-tube, ........
spend the money and take a course with a college or technical school... the instructures are usually people with experience for years utilizing AutoCad and can give you tips U-tube or a book can not.
If you want to learn by your self, the best way is to watch youtube videos for basics then practice practice practice.
There a lot of video tutorials and teaching channels which you can find on youtube.com, lynda.com, or the official website of Autodesk "the developing company of AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, and more".
There are also professional books and guides for AutoCAD and all drafting softwares in libraries and bookstores that sell engineering books.
Or you can simply try to use the AutoCAD commands you can find in the ribbon at the top of the AutoCAD window, "e.g.: copy, paste, trim, offset, ...etc.", then you are going to need to follow the steps mentioned bu AutoCAD in the command bar at the bottom of the screen to effectively learn a command. This method will take a little longer if you are not dedicated, but it is worthy and more than enough to learn AutoCAD. Always remember it is an easy to use software and you will be fine.
Good luck.
