first chapter : method of storage  before sale.. expiry date.. and installing methods.. or factory defect

second  chapter:  usage and working conditions

if man uses normal tires in off road or over load as in pickups  tucks ext

heat dose effect in over load cases and worn-out tires ,, or in case of more than3 years old  tires
