If bad behavior is from your junior or colleague, then inform your reporting management to avoid such issue in future.
If bad behavior is from your reporting manager or senior and his/her bad behavior is equally for all his juniors, then complaint against him/her as group (number of persons working under him/her)
If bad behavior is from your reporting manager or senior only for you, find out the reason of bad behavior, if reason is due to your fault, avoid such fault and prove yourself as professional, If reason is due to his/her fault then be calm, cool and bear one time, next time individually/collectively complaint against him to upper management.
Assert your authority and be brave enough to display power if you really have to. Stay calm and show that you have dignity; that way you command respect. Don't give too much space to bad behavior, give motivations for good behavior.

I Agree With Mr. Imran Ahmed answer
In order to deal with bad behavior in professional working space, you need to understand the reasons behind the bad behavior |(probably the person has been provoked politically, wrongly as part of politics within organization by vested interest group) and counsel the person so as to refrain him from bad behavior and settle all matters amicably without jeopardizing project and company's interests. Bad behavior can also result if the person's working conditions are bad, has been treated unfairly, his promised career aspirations are not addressed, he has family problems - all these reasons are temporary in nature and can be counseled and addressed by a neutral mentor if his immediate superior is unable to handle behavior dynamics within his working team by fair treatment, equal opportunity, good working conditions, motivation, value addition. Normally, in a good working environment of a reputed company, such bad behavior is unexpected since the person has already gone through a stringent recruitment process, has valid references and recommendations, has good education and sane not to upset his career aspirations. Bad behavior can sometimes be a blessing in disguise because it is a human reaction to unbearable working conditions other than what was promised initially (abuse of power by senior person) , hence a pointer for human resources department to address the complain, rectify the system so that working conditions are more friendly, open, transparent and beneficial for both company and employees; power is used for employees welfare and company benefits and not abusing subordinates and personal welfare
Thanks for your invitation. I think answers of our Colleagues above covered this question. I have not had a further to add.
You cannot change somebody's behavior. However, what you can do is to remain polite and humble all the time and whenever you get an opportunity to talk on freely with the person do mention that by being humble and rational same things can be get done. Behaviour, attitude are very hard to change and deal with better keep safe distance and do your job as expected.
Thanks for your invitation....... I'll let the answer for seniors.
I agree with Khalid Halim. This should be the approach to deal with people having bad behavior with you in a professional working environment....
