I'll have a steering group meeting next week and I know one of the steering group members is doing to provoke as much as she can to make me lose my cool. Won't happen. I already feel sorry for her because she will make a fool of herself. ;-)
In a work environment l control it by being focussed on the key aspects at hand.Mostly some people don't want their opnions countered.It is a serious weakness and obviously it leads to anger.One thing for real is," we agree to disagree amicably",meaning that even if we differ in opinions,we still maintain our friendship or working relationship.Anger in work environments or in general life situations is bad and settles nothing.
