When we talk about a safe working environment, its not only the physical aspect that we address thus we address the whole issue in a bigger perspective.

PHYSICAL ASPECT.

Introduce safety handling equipments or protecctive geers to facilitate employeee operations.

Pin up or put up safety precaution measures & ensure they are visible enough to be read & seen by everyone.

Constantly train & update employees about various occupation hazards & precautions.

Have a good lighting system in place.

NON PHYSICAL ASPECT.

Ensure that there are very clear & strict policies & regulations put in place to prevent occupational hazard
